From farther away and to the East you see the Priory against the splendid background of the Malvern Hills.

We do get snow sometimes. It does make everything look mysterious.

Here from the North side you can clearly see the North Transept. This asymmetry is obvious from the plan on the Tour page. |

This is a view from the East. This is below and close to the Priory looking towards the hills. You can see a door below the great East window.
There used to be a chapter house (committee room) built on this end but it suffered the same fate as the South Transept! |

Finally a picture by night, this time taken from the Malvern Hills.
At one time Great Malvern Priory would have appeared as prominent over Malvern as it does in this picture.
