  Music in the Priory

There are a variety of styles used in worship at the Priory. These are supported by four music making groups.

The Director of Music is David Iliff.

"Without music worship rarely soars"

A sentiment expressed on some orders of service for evening prayer.

The Priory Choir consists of adults and children and the Priory Singers is a mixed voice adult choir.

Below are the combined choirs singing at Christmas time

and the Priory Singers at Exeter Cathedral.

The picture on the right shows the Priory Worship Band. This group aims to involve teenagers who play or sing, in more contemporary worship music, at least once a month at Priory services.
